Freescale Microcontroller Solutions Group is pleased to announce the new member of 8-bit MCU family on March.2, 2010. The MC9RS08KB12/8/4/2 (RS08KB) family includes ultra-low-cost, entry-level 8-bit MCUs that balance ease of use with design flexibility and performance.

· Up to 12KB flash (8/4/2KB flash for KB8/4/2)

· ADC: 1x12-ch, 10-bit, 2.5us conversion time; 1.7 mV/ºC temperature sensor

· ACMP (Analog comparator)

· TPM (timer/pulse-width modulators): 1x2-ch

· MTIM (modulo timer): two 8-bit

· SCI, IIC

· RTI

· Up to 8 KBI

· Up to 18 GPIOs

· Power saving modes: wait, stop, wake up

· Clock source options: Oscillator (XOSC), Internal Clock Source (ICS)
